Keep your body moving too.  Air and sunshine while you can.  That darn Equinox thing just happened; you’ll have fewer natural vitamin soaking opportunities in the future.  As you said, you needed to move to breath better.  Even awakened in order to move.

You always said duality was a big thing in dreams, in life, the yin and yang of life.

I can settle in on other things of importance.

Like taking care of yourself.

Yet this is a day of happiness to affirm my love relationship still further and friends of either of us came out to be at the marriage ceremony, which was simple but well done in the old city hall, which was absolutely, the best, when it is simple.
