What To Do If You Become A Member

Membership: … context … intelligence … building perspective … inner and outer work … being real … core knowing … individuation … commitment … you …

Let’s face it. You come as visitors from all over the world. Some of you know me as former students or former regular friends. But in knowing me, know yourself, I advise.

Who else is there?

Oh yes, family members, but family members are notoriously independent because they have to preserve their identities as distinct from one of their clan that rises to become a teacher to many.

But you have come to this blog, perhaps for any of the following reasons:

You’ve gotten bored with searching emails every day to find something that inspires you or connects you to others.

You browse the web, but even that runs out of steam for you, you lose interest?

  • The web is so world-oriented, you realize. That’s important but you can’t watch and study the news all day, get involve in ‘reading causes.’ You realize ‘that’s not you’ and you are not feeding yourself intellectually or consciously enough.
  • You try and garner your emails, find something of real value on the Internet, but you’ve ‘seen the game’ and again you are bored. Simple, most emails and web pages are written beneath your intelligence.
  • You can’t find anything intelligent on the web! You have a good intelligence and you know it. Remember when you were at or near the top of your class over and over, at least in the upper level when you deemed it worth studying for? Yeah, but now where are the smart people you wonder? Who out there is saying something at your level, or near it anyway?
  • You need intelligent contact that benefits you. You can’t find it, you realize, and now you are here.

Now you are here, are here, and so what?

You are curious, active, intelligent and you can’t handle the site? Or can and don’t want to? Whatever! Spiritually lazy perhaps … as well as spiritually excited …?

SUGGESTIONS

  1. make a commitment: true knowledge only comes with commitment.
  2. realize that by making commitments you affirm certain values for yourself. Without commitment you lack focus in building who you are, even at the latter stages of life.
  3. Give yourself focus in coming to this site. There are its categories. Read by categories. Read more than once if you pick a category. Schedule in time each week to visit the site and browse, not just the latest but the category. Give yourself a lift. What new insights are evoked for you?
  4. Picture yourself feeding yourself. Experience adding to who you are in life. Make sure you make a project of yourself just as you make projects of other things in life.
  5. You are not you. You are a developing you and you need intelligent and compatible contexts to develop in.
  6. Take advantage of intelligence inward and outward directed. Do things in life that match your intelligence, not denigrate it, not just your interests or values, but your intelligence also.
  7. Don’t use your intelligence and talent all for your chosen outer projects and people. All projects have more to do than can ever get done. People are endless in both their needs and their talk. Learn to handle this with focus on what benefits you and your chosen purpose in life.
  8. Do a great job in your projects but also counterbalance in life. Go to the opposite sometimes. Go to yourself. Yes, re-create. Do recreation, but also create. Did you forget you have to re-create yourself every 24 hours?
  9. Re-create yourself every 24 hours. Your goal is yourself, your developing self.

This is why you come to this site.

To be a member is to develop within the perceived value’s context. This is free learning. It is free learning you pay the most for in life. You pay with all of yourself, or at least as much as you can presently afford.

In becoming a member you commit yourself to return to this site regularly and process some of what a certain item evokes for you.

Move over, Strephon, I want to sit down too.

Yes, yes you do, don’t you?
