Spiritual is to me value practices and principles to practice by my ego to guide its own desires and need fulfillment.
«make as few demands as possible
«focus on a center greater than my own awareness
«keep consciously processing my inner and outer experiences
«showing caring and understanding to my health care providers
«be real in expressing myself and my issues
«relax into the now as much as possible without undue focus on goals and happenings in the days to come
«don’t let craziness take over of unconscious fears
