Dream – Vertical Fright

Issues: … fear … reality picture … risking in the real world … desperation … loss … death … helping or hindering myself … do I have a choice?

  1. One of those dreams like in childhood pushing the reality parameters.

I am driving my little VW from 1955 that I had then as a new car. Now I have to reach around to my right and set the car on a vertical slope upward so that I can reach the top and continue my journey onward.

However, I am frightened that me and the car will fall backwards because the incline is too steep. Supposedly the car might just grip the surface enough to keep grip and traction, but if I try this I am testing the concept with my life.

No risk, no gain. With risk comes loss. Risk and you may gain or lose.

This is similar to what the university doctors offered. Don’t you, Strephon, want to be part of that 15% who survives for five years? Yeah, but I am much more likely to be one of those 85-95% who die after their treatment. But you may survive a few months longer than if you did not have treatment. We will take care of you. Yes, and who takes care of the doctor, and my friends?

  • The dream image is vivid and appropriate to my situation. Why is the dream source highlighting this?

The new recommended practitioner does Quantum Biofeedback as well as homeopathy and Chinese herbs. Does this mean she is not really an aware person, or that she knows things I don’t know?

Is the dream source suggesting it’s time to risk more. There are no easy solutions in my case. The cure may work or do me in?

I’m not too happy with my choices.

Jeremy suggests a treatment with his Korean-Chinese doctors that can be done by mail and not cost that much. I thought after this dream, let’s move on this. My appointment for the local new practitioner is over a month away. Why wait so long?

QUESTION

From where you are, is the Buddha sitting or lying down?

I don’t seem to have a clear view …
