Conscious ending is when we end events and relationships in our lives by the application of aware principles to our existence.

• every ending is saying No to one thing to say Yes to new things
• every ending involves personal grief because that part of our life is now over
• what we don’t choose to sacrifice consciously will be taken from us in more extreme ways
